Where your data lives
- Your spreadsheets, emails and documents stay in the accounts you already own.
- When we need a working copy, for example to clean a file, it's kept only as long as the job needs it.
- Your data is not used to train public AI models.
Who can access it
- Your agents, with only the access each process needs.
- Our team doesn't handle your numbers day to day. Only named members of our team can access your agents' setup, to maintain and fix them.
- Access is granted through your own accounts, so you can see it and remove it.
How you stay in control
- You decide what needs your approval, and you can change that at any time.
- Every action is logged, and you can ask to see the log at any point.
- If something looks wrong, call us and we'll fix the agent.
If you leave
- Your files, sheets and records stay in your accounts; there's nothing to export.
- We switch off your agents, remove their access and delete any working copies.
- You keep working exactly as before.
